Our Purpose
For more than 20 years, Abe has served as an attorney helping thousands of families throughout Virginia with their disability and estate planning needs. Each family is unique and they require an estate plan that specifically addresses their special circumstances. It has been our experience that the Revocable Living Trust, as the foundation of a comprehensive estate plan, best serves the requirements of today’s families. Unfortunately, the sad fact is that a huge percentage of estate plans created in the United States do not work; that is, they do not accomplish the goals that the clients sought to achieve when they created the estate plan.
Clients are paying unnecessary and exorbitant fees at death. They are waiting months, and even years, for their estates to be administered. Their loved ones are being disinherited through poorly thought out plans. Their assets are not protected from lawsuits, creditors, divorces and outsiders as they ought to be. Clients are ending up in guardianship proceedings because of powers of attorney that do not work. In other words, their plans result in an expensive, time assuming and public mess. We, at the Zysman Law Firm, P.C., can help you avoid this mess. We are dedicated to providing:
Expertise: We provide only the highest quality legal advice. Abe has more than 20 years of experience almost exclusively handling estate and disability planning. He has an LL.M. in Estate Planning, an advanced law degree that only a select few attorneys have acquired.
Affordability: Everyone deserves personal attention and high quality legal advice. We tailor our plans to fit our clients’ budgets.
Care: We really do care about you and your family's goals and needs. Let us show you a law firm that will make you feel like you are at a home away from home.
Integrity: We will never suggest a plan to you that we wouldn’t prepare for our own parents. Our clients are family to us and we treat them as such.
